There is no question that the 2.0 firmware for the iPhone and iPod Touch isn’t what 1.1.4 was. Apple expected this, but that was the point of not allowing 3rd party applications at the launch. They wanted to hammer out the bugs with the App Store and do it proper.
Reboots are one thing but there has been more reports of users having to restore their entire device. I have had to do this. . .Adam, our reviewer, has had to do this. . .and many other iPhone and iPod Touch owners across the net have had to do this as well.
I just wanted to get a sample ratio of how many people this has happened to.
Funny, it wasn’t but 2 hours after this post that my iPod did the same thing as before, and had to be restored again today.
