iPhone Tip – Mass Delete & Move Emails

With a firmware update Apple fixed a huge problem with deleting(and moving) bulk emails. Now easily move or delete as many emails that the application can list.

When you open the email application you should see an Edit button at the top right. Then you’ll see the emails shift to the right with some spots that you can check on the left. Check the ones you want to delete/move and then touch the delete/move buttons at the bottom.

SOOOOO Redundant!!! THAT is NOT a MASS DELETE! That is an individual delete done over and over! A mass delete would be to “select all”, and then “delete”. I just got my iPod, and it wants to download all 1,500 emails sitting in my gmail account, and I’m sitting here TAPPING EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM in order to get them deleted! Please don’t tell me you can’t see the stupidity at work here!

Doesn’t help. Like the others, I have hundreds or thousands of emails I would like to get off my phone. Not the server. Just the phone.

    Anybody? Anybody? Bueller?

of course like your web site but you need to check the spelling on quite a few of your posts. Several of them are rife with spelling problems and I in finding it very troublesome to tell the reality then again I’ll surely come again again.
