To-Do is a free to do list manager for your iPhone and iPod Touch. My favorite part about this application is the notification on the icon(when you go back to the home screen). This shows you just exactly how many items you have in the list.
With this application you can set different color codes for the various items as well as rearrange them too.
Ok for a free, very basic todo app, but I prefer Zenbe, since it lets you sync with a website (also free, by the way).

I don’t really use to do lists all that much (I just use the calender), but if I were to use one this would probably be the one I use. It is very well made and easy to use.
