This is the free version of 2 Across, a crossword puzzle game for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Since this is the free version, you’re limited on what/how you can download puzzles. Other than that, it seems to function just like the premium version.
They give you a few sources that you can pick from. . .and even let you go back and pick the puzzles you want to download.
You get 3 types of ‘view modes’ when playing the game. The first, which is shown by default is the Grid. At the top there are 2 other buttons for 2 other views. . .Clues, and Split. Now you can quickly access any part of the game at any time, making it easier to play.
This is a pretty fun app if your a person who likes to do crossword puzzles, and I have to thank the developer for making a lite version, every developer should do this.
