I'm an I.T professional and I've wasted 2 weeks trying to get this to work - speaking to tech support and working through their suggestions, one after another - with no luck whatsoever. My work colleagues also tried this (3 of them) - one of them managed to get it to work and it wiped all their notes from both Exchange and the IPhone - so my experience of this product is absolutely awful and I would suggest downloading something like 'Chapura' or 'The Missing Sync' - this really is a waste of time, money and effort !!!!!
