Tap Forms is a completely customizable information manager and is great for any type of information that you need on-the-go. From software licenses to bank accounts, and even things that require audio notes. Fields for the forms include things like contacts, text, dates, times, numbers, websites, audio and photos.
You can look at Tap Forms as an advanced version of the stock Notes application(or even a checklist). The best part about this application is that it’s totally customizable. If you want a ‘form’ with just audio notes, you can do this. . if you want one with just websites or just bank accounts/credit cards, you can do this as well.
