Gym Buddy is a completely customizable workout journal. You can not only keep track of every workout that you do(both reps and weight) but you can also setup your own individual workout schedules.
They let you personalize it a little bit with different color schemes(themes), and you also have a full page of settings to customize it to your liking.
Gym Buddy gives you an easy to use template to monitor the kind of workout that you do. Instead of having to carry around a notebook with a pencil/pen and write down the workout you do. . .or even a pad size notebook which would only make it hard to read/write on. With Gym Buddy you can just go through the list of workouts and as you finish one you can input how many reps you did(and the weight too).
Gym Buddy also keeps track of your history so you can try to do better than last time or use last months stats or at least give you a goal to aim at for this workout.
This is the greatest app of all time. The only downside is that it helps you improve too fast. my muscles can take the rapid increase in strength, but my joints can’t. I know have two elbows in alot of pain.

I never review things. However, I use this app all the time at the gym. Is very easy to you and makes the workout progress efficiently. Also I just exported my workouts to my trainer was really easy. If you are serious about your gym workouts I would recommend this handy application.
For the convenience of the users, the Gym Buddy application supports other languages like German, French, Spanish, Japanese and Italian.
after updating to 3.2.9 the app crashes on start up. Before this happened it was the best gym app and used it every day. Please fix it.
