AlienBuzzle is a Bubble Bobble style game with an alien theme. With the alien heads of all colors attacking you(slowly dropping down), you’re the single star at the bottom and you must defend yourself.
Just like how the bubbles begin to slowy slide down the screen in Bubble Bobble, the alien heads get loser and closer to the bottom of the screen. If they get so far the game is over and your score is submitted to the local high scores list.
You control the angle of the star by tilting the iPhone or iPod Touch left/right, and then touch the screen to shoot the star. If the star is blue you should aim for the blue alien heads. If not and you touch another color then the star turns into an alien head, which makes it even harder. Instead of Bubble Bobble, you don’t have to touch match 3 together. . .you can just touch one head of the same color.
It plays ok, but it’s nothing special. They do have bonus points and power ups that fall from the sky but nothing to keep you interested for more than a couple of hours.
