Plus / Minus is a statistics tracker to help you monitor who has the winning edge. Give your team a plus 1 if they do well in certain aspects or give the team a minus 1 if they fail. This way you can keep track of how well or how poorly they perform during those situations.
Set the date before hand and the application will keep track of exactly when you gave it a plus or minus. Stats are useful when you can look at a collection of data. Plus / Minus gives you the ability to easily collect and use that kind of data.
This application might not sound that important but an avid sports fan would find it very useful.
