Inside Trader is essentially a turn-based text RPG. You’re given an X amount of money and you have X amount of days to turn it into millions(or as much as you can).. To do this you buy and sell stocks for fake companies and make as much money as possible.
They have different modes for the different difficulties, one spans across 15 days, one across 30 days, and one across 60 days. The businesses are fake, so you can’t look up history, and each game has to be different, so essentially it’s all random. Every now and then you get a tip at the top of the screen but that tip isn’t guaranteed every time(so that really makes it all random).
Inside Trader is a fun, but very simple game. While I had fun playing a few games, I look for some more in-depth when looking for a long term game. Maybe if they made a way to look up history or read daily news about the companies. . .but then it would still have to be random to increase the replay value.
