iStayFit is a fully customizable workout/exercise log that you can keep on your iPhone or iPod Touch. You can now keep track of every exercise you do, your progress, and many other things with the application.
Enter your weight and begin the program. . .and then every time you workout you can tell the application what you’re doing, how many reps, how much weight, and any other details about the exercise. It will keep track of what you do, how much you do, and how much weight you lose(or gain) and show it to you in an nice and easy to see graph.
The application comes with over 100 exercises included and dozens of preset workouts to do for particular body parts. Each exercise comes with a visual(moving) diagram to show you how to properly perform it. If you don’t perform the exercises correctly then they won’t workout the body parts they’re supposed to(or as good as it’s supposed to).
There are a lot of exercise/workout applications in the App Store. While this is a great and easy to use one, I think they could improve it a lot. The ability to add workouts/exercises would be nice. BMI calculator would be useful. And the devs could probably localize it to for some other countries(not everyone uses pounds for weight) to increase sales as well. Maybe we’ll see this in a future update though?
